It's hard to believe the Sterling Heights manufacturing was on rocky ground just two short years ago. In 2009, Chrysler didn't even include the plant in their reorganization plans. Now, it's where they build the 200 and Avenger. It's also the facility in which Chrysler has just promised to invest $165 million to build a new, state-of-the art body shop.
