Audi has released the first details of the 2011 Q5 Hybrid ahead of the official unveiling at the Los Angeles Auto Show - (possibly by mistake?)

It looks outstanding! There doesn't appear to be any major changes as far as styling goes; except for new wheels, which are probably wrapped in low-rolling resistance tires. Inside, Audi has included a revised instrument cluster (which provides an overview of the hybrid system) and a smaller luggage compartment which holds 17 cubic feet of cargo.

It's been a great year for Volkswagen, and two of their new models have just received prestigious awards. The 2011 Jetta has been named "Best New Family Car" under $30,000 by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC). The all new VW Touareg has been named "Best new SUV/CUV" over $50,000.

Announcements were made in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where AJAC conducted their annual "test fest." This yearly event brings new cars destined for the Canadian marketplace, and allows journalists to compare them under various road and track conditions.

ATLANTIC CITY OUTLETS, THE WALK AND ATLANTIC AUTO GROUP PARTNER TO OFFER FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPERS

Shuttle Service Begins November 22, 2010

 

 

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (November, 2010) - Atlantic City Outlets, The Walk is offering more than just great values at its 100 famous name brand stores.  Beginning Monday, November 22^nd, holiday shoppers can take advantage of free shuttle service, provided by Atlantic Auto Group of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ.

 

The FREE Shopper's Express shuttle service will run November 22^nd through December 23^rd.  The shuttle will depart hourly from Atlantic Auto Group, and the Tilton Inn Tavern and Grill.  Both are located directly opposite each other at the intersection of Tilton Road and Hingston Avenue where the borders of Pleasantville, Northfield and Egg Harbor Township meet. The shuttle is scheduled to run from Atlantic Auto and Tilton Inn  at the top of  the hour beginning at Noon through 4pm each day, Monday through Thursday.  The last shuttle will leave at 5:30pm.  Shuttles will depart Atlantic City Outlets, The Walk at the bottom of the hour, from 1:30pm through 4:30pm, with two additional departures at 6pm and 6:45 pm.  Every shuttle passenger will receive the 2010 Holiday edition of the Preferred Customer Discount Book, with more than $700 in values at AC Outlets merchants and restaurants.

 

The Tilton Inn has designated an area of their parking lot to allow for holiday shoppers to park to catch the "Shopper's Express" shuttle.  "Everyone needs to shop, and everyone needs to eat," says Tilton Inn proprietor, Mike Ulrich. "It's a win for everyone."

 

Atlantic Auto Group is encouraging car owners to capitalize on convenience and utilize their service department for maintenance and repair needs during the holiday season.  "Drop your car off for service, and use the  Shopper's Express shuttle to do your holiday shopping ," said Mario Clementoni, General Manager of Atlantic Auto Group.
